How to get there

The Gold Coast Airport is located just 30 minutes south of Surfers Paradise with multiple airline carriers arriving and departing daily from the airport. If you choose to fly, route 761 and 777 buses depart from the Gold Coast Airport and take about 45 minutes to arrive at Surfers Paradise. Alternatively, there are numerous shuttles, car transfers or car hire options if you prefer to arrange transportation prior to your arrival.

Surfers Paradise is just over an hour’s drive from Brisbane, Queensland’s capital city. Airtrain services leave from Brisbane Airport to the Gold Coast every 15 minutes during peak hours and 30 minutes during the off peak. This will take you from the airport to Helensvale Station where you can switch to the G:Link tram to take you into Surfers Paradise. You can also opt for a shuttle transfer or hire a car from Brisbane Airport.
